Documents Needed for Your Housing Application
In order for us to fully assess your housing needs and application you will be required to provide a range of documents depending on your circumstances. We will not be able to make your application live without these.
You will need an image (clear digital photograph from a phone or camera or scanned electronic copy) of your proof of identity which includes one of the following
• a passport
• photo-card driving licence
• EU identity card, or
• birth certificate
(if your name is now different to that on your birth certificate please also supply a marriage certificate or other document which explains why your name has changed).
You will also be asked to upload other proofs including:
• proof of identity of other household members,
• proof of income,
• copies of tenancy agreements,
• rent statements,
• mortgage statements (where appropriate),
• wage slips (where appropriate).

Housing Allocation Policy
The Housing Allocations Policy is the document that sets out the rules and conditions by which we assess whether residents can go on our housing list and what priority they will have when looking to access social housing.
